Location: Rwanda or RSA
Start Date: March 2025
About Us:
gold-youth is dedicated to transforming communities through innovative youth programmes that empower the next generation to lead with vision, values, and a commitment to change. We are active in several African countries, expanding our footprint across Africa now operating in Uganda, Kenya, DRC, and Nigeria, alongside existing countries (RSA, Rwanda, Botswana, Zambia & Zimbabwe).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine gold Model curricula, training resources, and project briefs.
- Perform research, data analysis, and quality assurance.
- Manage projects and liaise with internal and external, stakeholders.
- Edit and proofread reports, training materials, and educational content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Research, Education, or a related field
- Experience in curriculum development, research methodologies, and project management.
- Strong skills in editing, proofreading and data capturing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle)
- Fluency in English (knowledge of an African language is recommended)
