- Give employees time off to provide mentoring, coaching, or pro-bono services at no or low-cost. (This can be short-term: working to tackle a particular business issue that gold-youth is facing, or longer-term: acting as an advisor or providing youth with mock interviews and work readiness training informed by gold outcomes.)
