We are looking for a disciplined Paarl Test and Reference Sites Coordinator. You should be someone who enjoys working with youth who are completing their secondary schooling and preparing for the world of work, further training, tertiary studies, or entrepreneurship.
As the T&R Sites Coordinator you will manage all administration, field services, tasks, and activities. These include: the coordination and delivery of the gold Programme, quality assurance of programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, training and support of the Facilitator Intern team, participation in resource development, and the coordination and oversight of community upliftment and advocacy activities.
The position requires someone who is self-driven, meticulous, and able to follow and create strategic briefs and processes.
