gold-youth is dedicated to transforming communities through innovative youth
programmes that empower the next generation to lead with vision, values, and a commitment to
change. We are active in several African countries, expanding our footprint across Africa now
operating in Uganda, Kenya, DRC, and Nigeria, alongside existing countries (RSA, Rwanda,
Botswana, Zambia & Zimbabwe).
Role Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative fundraising strategies, build
strong donor relationships, and create meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain donor relationships through effective communication and reporting.
- Support grant applications by preparing due diligence documentation.
- Coordinate donor site visits, engagement activities, and retention initiatives.
- Update and manage donor databases and fundraising trackers.
- Provide input into strategic fundraising plans and organizational reporting.
What We’re Looking For: - A degree in Social Science, Social Work, Finance, or Business Studies (Sales &
Marketing - Strong administrative, research, and data management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in donor management systems and grant applications.
- Knowledge of youth development, monitoring and evaluation, and donor reporting.
